Jon Craighead, President
A passion for leadership and a fascination with the science and application of business is what sparks Jon’s enthusiasm. His comprehensive experience encompasses more than twenty-five years of professional coaching and consulting during which he has worked with senior executives in diverse organizations ranging from Fortune 100 global corporations to sole proprietorships. Prior to founding Craighead Associates in 2006, he was a senior director with an international consulting firm where he was accountable for sales analytics and the firm’s west coast executive business courses. Prior to that he spent several years in the insurance and securities industry; managed sales and marketing for a packaging business; and started with a career in the United States Air Force.
Jon serves on the Board of Trustees at Keystone College. He has appeared on ECTV's Eye On Business and contributes a regular column to the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal.
Beth Craighead, Vice-President
People achieving goals beyond their expectations is what most inspires and energizes Beth. Prior to establishing Craighead Associates with Jon she worked with an international consulting firm where her varied accountabilities included coaching business executives, marketing, writing and editing, program production and coordinating, and managing their in-house training programs. Other business experience includes administrative management in the fields of healthcare and education, and historical research in a state government office. Beth specializes in marketing development, operations, and consulting.
Beth has been designated one of the Top 25 Women in Business in Northeast Pennsylvania by the National Association of Women Business Owners and Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal.
